*Constables must be appointed in the town to serve the above items, or a 4C motion can be obtained from the court. Sometimes it is easiest to obtain the 4C when completing the initial filing, but one can be obtained anytime before service. Beware of constables who declare that they may serve everywhere and "Not to worry about it" or who state that they are appointed in all towns.
Unfortunately, there are still some constables that do these illegal acts. Additionally, it will cost you time, money, and perhaps even your case if it is exposed.
